International Shipping – FAQs

1. Before Ordering

• Read the Shipping Guide & Terms & Conditions (T&C) carefully.

• Check estimated shipping fee for a general idea (not the actual final fee).

• Ensure you can cover the item price + shipping + customs.
  ⚠️ Reminder: International shipping is costly. Please think twice before ordering.

2. Handling Fee

• RM10 non-refundable fee is charged at checkout.

3. Shipping Cost

• Can be 2–5× the item price, depending on destination, weight, and customs.

• Estimated fees shown at checkout are not guaranteed final fees.

4. Our International Service

• We provide international shipping service for our customers.

• We are not a courier center.

• Our role: pack your item and send it to the courier to get a shipping quote for your parcel.

• All delivery, customs clearance, and courier-related issues are handled by the courier, not us.

5. No Cancellation / Refund

• All international orders are final once paid.

• No refund or changes are allowed for any reason, including:

  • Didn’t read Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping fee too high

  • Cannot afford the order & shipping fee

  • Change of mind

6. Customs & Duties

• Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and clearance fees.

• Seller is not liable for delays or extra charges.
