International Order Guide
Create an Account – Before proceeding, please read our Terms & Conditions. Then, sign up at The Hobby Store and log in.
Place Your Order – Add your desired products to your cart.
Select Shipping – At checkout, choose "International Shipping". A handling fee of RM10 will apply. Please note: this is only a handling fee, not your final international shipping cost.
Shipping Quotation – After payment, we will get a shipping quote from the courier within 2–5 days.
Pay Shipping Fee – We will issue a second invoice for the final shipping cost. Please pay this through your account profile to complete your order.
Shipping & Tracking – Once the shipping fee is paid, we will ship your order and provide a tracking number. You’ll also be notified by email.
Please Note:
Think twice before placing your order, as all international orders cannot be cancelled.
If the shipping quotation is not responded to, or the shipping invoice is not paid within 14 days, we cannot provide storage. The items will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
